1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or requesting solar EPC services from Bloom Bharat Private Limited ("Bloom Bharat"), you agree to abide by these Terms of Service.
2. Solar EPC Proposals & Site Feasibility
All online calculator estimates, generation figures, and financial ROI models displayed on this website are indicative models based on standard MNRE irradiance charts and DISCOM tariff rates. Formal commercial binding offers are issued following a physical engineering site survey and structural analysis signed off by our engineering team.
3. Equipment Warranties & Guarantees
Bloom Bharat supplies only Tier-1 ALMM-listed solar modules and MNRE-approved string inverters. Module manufacturers provide a 25-year linear performance warranty. Inverters carry 5 to 10 year manufacturer warranties. Bloom Bharat provides 5 years of comprehensive installation and workmanship support.
